The 8th edition of the National Festival of Arts and Culture (FENAC) has kicked off this 7th November 2016 at the esplanade of the National Museum in Yaounde under the theme, “Culture and emergence of Cameroon.”
According to organisers, the festival is once again expected to be a singular opportunity to promote Cameroon’s cultural heritage through its ethnic multiplicity.
